Frisbee throws lesson

during the last throwing technique the guy stepped with his left foot while he threw with his right hand. You really should step with the same foot that you're throwing with because you can get more reach that way. Also I've never heard it called a side arm throw before. I've always known it as a "flick" or "forehand" throw

you can but it reduces power and overall distance, i do it when i'm just playing catch with someone.

I hate playing Frisbee with someone who doesn't know how to throw the damn thing.
