Unique Skins - Gel Skin Review

The Gel Skin from Unique Skins takes their standard skin and covers it with a soft gel coating. Good idea, bad execution.

The Gel Skin does not line up correctly on the back and the front skin is WAY too long. It is unusable.

I do not recommend this skin to anyone.

I think even if you are careful, some stretching will occur especially on the thin edges.

this is thick gel, 2-4mm i estimate.

be careful when you make your own custom skin, the front is will upside, so account for the orientation

on the iphone 4, this is slightly higher than the bumper case, which is ok, doesnt feel bulky, gives the phone a nice thickness to hold and grip...although i wish it was flush to with the bumper.

the gel is great, have had for several months and no scratches

the back skin, is slightly shorter than the length of the phone (roughly ~1mm)

The sides aren't too long, they stretch when you peel the skin off of the packaging.

my sides were too long too! i cut the long parts off, but kept the top and bottom on.

at the front arent there normaly three dots but there are only to dots cuttet out on the skin so what happens when its blocked plz reply

the front strechs like that when you remove it from the paper incorrectly. :P

You know what I'd do? I would rip off the front but keep the back lol

instead of throwing it away just send it back and they'll send another cause i doubt that they are all like that. but yea that does suck.
