    I second all the comments Nostalgia glamor romance sophistication -- simpler time .. Most still alive who remember old New York will speak of these times and say "You should have seen New York THEN" Thanks for the marvelous footage.. I could watch for hours!!

    Wow, think about how much work went into making just one of those signs... I wonder how they programmed the ticker under the sign in the 30's.
