I love that line "theres something really ugly eating away inside of you, I can see it in your eyes I can see it a mile off" describes his character perfectly.

@AirportMonkey I think a lot of the movies he's been in were brilliant simply because of him :) He can take crap and make it gold.

@BishopOcelot - I interpreted it very differently, myself. I honestly thought that Bettany's character was flirting with her on the off chance that he might be able to cause some ripples in her and Freddies relationship. Bettany's character believes (and rightly so) that Freddie will want 'out of the game' when the baby comes, before he's had a chance to become the true heir to Freddie's position, which is why he's so upset when he hears about the baby.
