INSTRUCTIONS:
Open iFile on the jailbroken iPod touch, or download PhoneView so you can see the files in your idevice, click the folder user, then applications, then gangstar.app, then packmac and delete char_pthug.bdae and replace it with the char_pthug you have downloaded. Go ahead and restart the application, open it up again and enjoy.
