Does O'reilly not know that Maher is on HBO late night, not a news station?

Nearly all religions follow a hate-filled holy book. Including Christians.

The poster is a retard.

Lol! He complains that he is not allowed to criticize, while complaining that the guy being criticized isn't as extreme in his defense as oreilly would have been.
-
There is also a difference between attacking muslims and attacking islam/the koran. One is a people, the other is an idea...

I'm sure Bill Maher would say the same thing about the Bible as he had said about the Qur'an. And he is a comedian, not a political figure or newscaster. The fact that there are less right-leaning comedians is perhaps the only reason you don't have any extreme ones that would probably agree with Maher on this issue. But even they wouldn't be given much attention for their comments.

@teedonster They do. But besides that, they're still silly, and with modern science, the only real reason to believe is self-fulfilment.

What a circle-jerk...
Nice editing as usual on FOX "news". Lets ignore Maher's point, and just focus on some of the words.
What Bill is saying is people who take their religion too literal and if the holy book happen to have violent aspects in it, then we got trouble.
It doesn't matter if it is Islam, Catholic, or Christian fundamentalist. All religion are more or less a hate filled holy book if they promote the idea of the "chosen", or death/hell for non-believers.
It just happen the topic is the Qu'ran.
