ARX2 (Ab Ripper X 2) is a 40 minute core workout. You get about 30 seconds to a minute break between each exercise, but each exercise really engages your whole core. A lot of the moves are advanced and require a lot of core strength and stability. Although this workout does not have a fast pace like ARX, you will definitely feel it the next day haha.

  • @HaydenP90XJourney Ya I know I'm pretty excited for that. I also got "Bring It" for Christmas. I've been reading it and it's a great book. I'm at like 9% body fat right now. I'm pretty content with that, but I'd like to be below 8 around summer. I have been at like 6% before, but I was not as near as strong as I am now.
