World Cosplay Summit 2009 Winners

Hello and thank you for watching,
Firstly; Id like to apologise for the video quality. Despite being in the press seating area we were not aloud to film for extended periods of time; so I was constantly having to hide the camera from security and, obviously, could not use a tripod, etc.
This footage was taken at the 2009 world cosplay summit, in Nagoya Japan. The world cosplay summit is an international competition, currently spanning 15 nations, which is dedicated to finding the worlds greatest cosplayers.
In this footage the winners and runners up who were decided upon by a panel of industry experts, based on a number of criteria - are announced; as well as the winners of the brother award given to the team judged to have the best designed outfits.
