@LOTNTea Please actually research your subject before you post, chinese society is a extremely complex one and saying that women had bound feet "mainlyt" so they could not run away is too simple an explanation.

@GRANDBERRY1988 Asian are doing it, they wrap something around babies's feet and when they grow it doesn't make the feet grow, so it's stay small

@LOTNTea well you know what i mean lol i dont want a textbook definiton. im just getting the basics ;)

@ohyee23 it isnt possible if its self stick or clip becuz the stickiness would wear down and the clips would fall out but they do make waterproof wraps butt if you dont have one wrap it in a blastic bag or buy a cover and treat it like a cast

@LOTNTea nahhh Chinese women in the old days would bind their feet to make them smaller. so it is true but it didnt make it smaller just permanently wrapped thier feet and toes under one another

@MrTank116 Actually, they broke their toes, then bound them. This was to stunt the growth of the feet and keep them small. Mainly so that women could not run away. Men basically owned women. Their families usually sold them.

i have a question i twisted my ankle today and i can walk but after like 10 seconds it starts to hurt and at first its blue than it turns purple so wtf?

Its probably a minor sprain or maybe a pinched nerve, i would wrap it anyway, and ice it. until you can walk on it normally without it hurting, I hope that helps.
