  • It's always hard to try new things. We must sometimes push ourselves in a new direction. If the mother bird dosent push the baby bird out of the nest it will never learn to fly.

  • Like to watch your vids. I have bveen on raw foods for 6 months and lost 50 pounds. I know what you mean when you say cooked foods make you feel sluggish. When I eat mostly raw for a long time , I find that i'm more relaxed, no depression, and feel great and light on the inside. Keep thinking positive and your life will get brighter, I know mine has greatly.
