Old Gospel Song played in my favorite key of C.

Lyrics-

Chorus:
Look at me, I'm a testimony,
I didn't make it on my own,
I'm not standing here all alone.
It is Jesus who gave me this opportunity,
look at me, I'm a testimony.

Verse:
(It's Jesus) who made me a possibility,
(nobody but Jesus), who never gave up on me.
(Jesus), who put all His trust in me,
(Jesus), found me, fixed me, and decided to use me;
look at me, I'm a testimony.

  • Do you have a leslie on this CV, or a tone box?

  • @1pastor4u

A Leslie 122A is connected to the CV. There was also an ER-20 tone cabinet attached to it, but I never mixed it into the recordings...probably should have though because it added a nice mid-range to the sound.

  • @fstanley35 My church has a CV, I'm having the hardest time finding a reasonable leslie to convert it over to. They sound so good when the process is done, you don't even know the difference.

  • @1pastor4u "Reasonable" as in price, condition, or both? I'll tell you...I think the BEST Leslies for the CV are the 122 types (122, 122A, 142, or 222) simply because they are an easier connection to the CV, requiring no outside power supply. Likewise, you usually can't go wrong with a decent 122-type Leslie speaker.

    Where are you located?

  • Question.... What group/choir sings this song?

  • The Florida Mass Choir recorded this originally. Listen to the St. James Adult Choir sing the song here on YouTube.

  • Sounds Awesome ! Love the chord progressions. I have 2 Cv's of my own and I love the sound. The B3 is good but I love the sound of a CV with a 122 leslie.
