Time Lapse Thunderstorm 7.31.2009

This is a time lapse of a severe thunderstorm that prompted a marine warning on July 31, 2009. That was an extremely good day. Just like old times thunderstorm in the morning, afternoon, and at sunset. If this years summer was like everyday to every other day I would be in heaven on earth!

A thunder lasts a fraction of a second, you can't expect to notice them in a time-lapse video, which is made by taking a piture every given time interval. Even if one of the frames does contain a lightning, you would barely notice it in a video that has from 15 to 30 frames for each second.
