Actually, it's real...this is from a 1984 kids' edutainment video, Strong Kids Safe Kids, about prevention of kidnapping and molestation...but yeah, why not just train your kids to yell "help!" or fight back?

Does this mean if I see a kid fall off some playground equipment and start screaming, I should just assume he's fine and move on? After all, if he's not honking, there's no problem, right? LOL
