9/10? Challenge accepted. I assessed whether any sign I could read the full text of had to do with Obama's race or ethnicity, portrayed him as Hitler, denigrated Arab or Jewish people, or made reference to Obama burning people alive in ovens.

23 signs did not concern themselves with race at all, though one was sexist and many were Islamophobic. Islamophobia will not be counted as racism for this study.

22 explicitly mentioned race as above.

1 was a confederate flag, which is ambiguous.

This is a good video to show people who complain about a liberal bias in mainstream news media.

Maybe someday we can all just accept that most journalism requires two things: 1. a relatively small issue that can be expanded to seem scary without upsetting the status quo and 2. the possibility to somehow try to argue that there is a strong argument on BOTH sides of the issue, even if that involves lending credence to weak data and arguments.

9/10 of the signs shown had nothing to do with racism. Also note, there has been a lot of media fabricated racism charges through sheer repetition of the term. I would consider myself a part of the Tea Party, but I don't attend the meetings. I agree with the philosophy of limited gov't but they have gotten a pretty bad rap due to a few bad apples in addition to the constant slandering from the MSM. Most people I know drop the racism charge but can't point to anything specific. Thanks for the vid
