actually the go pro hd is better than the vhold. quality is near the same but audio is a lot better on the go pro. you can see a vhold vs go pro video here too

Run a 30fps gopro and it is amazing. I ran mine at 60fps and got terrible quality, still haven't changed it, but it came at 30fps and it works much better.

@lpmultimedia GoPro hero HD quality is amazing. I have 3 of them and they are awesome. Check out my newest video with the GoPro Chest mount, it gives a waay better angle then on the helmet!
