Well here it is finally, turns out we have to move final fight CD back as I had real trouble getting the guest over long enough to film.
But don't worry, lesson learnt, and we should be back to normal schedule now.
Hope you enjoy the episode.

  • MK Rules!

  • I got the SNES version for christmass now that I remember and I also got the game genie later on which enabled me to change the sweat to a red color and made the game just a tad more bearable to play after that.

  • I remember when Street Fighter 2 was king. It was pretty much at every grocery store, gas station, arcade, pizza place, etc. It was great but when I saw Mortal Kombat when it came out it was incredible. I totally forgot about street fighter when I played MK. It would be years until I ever played another street fighter. Personally I think Ultimate MK3 is the best of the series. Most people I know agree. UMK3 has a nice combo system and the gameplay was a little better imo.

  • Great job man, very nice job!! My favorite game!!

  • MORTAL KOMBAT was and still is one of my favorite arcade games ever, I remember waiting for MORTAL monday and my friends with SUPER NESes comming round mine to play the MEGADRIVE version.

  • I always found that DIS thing weird.

  • Excellent review so far mates, I had so much fun with MK back in the day.

  • Awesome video, as always!

  • I just picked up MK for the Genesis. I started playing it and didn't realize till a bit in... hey... wait a minute..... where's the blood??? I played the SNES version as that's what I owned at the time and always thought the Genesis version automatically had the blood. I never knew you had to put a code in. No blood on the SNES was a bad idea. Good thing MKII on the SNES had all the blood by default.
