  • @snatale1 Try to be nice!!

  • Roux is named for the color it is. Your roux was beige :(

  • Sorry but how about adding some nice used good year tires? This Is not a New England chowder. It's getting harder and Impossible to see a plain NE chowder. People are just adding anything they like, as I said even car tires! NEXT...

  • @snatale1 Obviously you don't have Jesus in your life to talk to others like that. Sad ... So the recipe is different than you like ... move on to another video or post one of your own, since you're such a pro ... To call someone a moron or an idiot because you don't like the way they did it shows your ignorance. I hope no one talks down to you, they way you did this poster.

  • @snatale1 you mad bro?

  • @snatale1 wow - harshly said - you MUST be from NE??? ;-) Before you yell at me... I'm in NH - Family for generations born in Maine and I mean MAINE!!! I too was taken back by the ingredients...but he did say, NE "style" - so I guess we can give him some leeway here and show some NE hospitality - not NE hostility... Goodness knows there can be enough of that up here ;-)

Basically - this is not a NE Clam Chowder - but could be NE "style" I mean it has clams and potatoes...

  • @KlawzGvids i would have to agree...it's called a "hybrid" recipe snatale1 and most of the time they are better than the originals. just saying i don't think anybody is on your side on this one. A good cook knows the importance of improve and mixing it up.

  • @snatale1

Does it say authentic or classic anywhere? This is a New england style clam chowder just as the title says and it's HIS recipe for it... People edit and change things according to personal taste to further enjoy an already great recipe...

Before you spew your crap maybe consider some people enjoy things a different or their own way rather than forcing YOUR view and opinion on what it should be.

  • Moron, there is NO wine or especially Tabasco in NE Clam Chowder. French bread? Try Oyster crackers idiot. Go screw up the recipe for the Red poor excuse for chower. Leave NE Clam Chowder to New England Recipes!

  • makin some right now!
