  • Dan, I noticed you used a cast-iron pan on your glass top range...what is the higest degree you can cook with without causing glass breakage? THANX

  • Diva Dan doesn't know the answer to this. He has had his Cast Iron Pan forever and has it on the highest settings for long periods of time.

    My guess is this... JUST A GUESS... if it was prone to crack... I think they wouldn't be readily available due to safety issues...

    But now you have DD thinking ... maybe it's not such a great idea!

  • I just used a farmers garlic sausage, consisiting of pork. it was quite good
