Alapuzha The backwaters of KeralaHoneymoon 3

This Video is shot by me when we were on our honeymoon, the footages what you witness is shot on a normal handycamera and then later edited using Corel's U Lead software. The audio that i have used as Background score is from the album of Moby if not mistaken the track is called Porcelain. if you find the footages beautifull trust me, what you are witnessing is just 30% of the real beauty what we experienced. We booked our houseboat with a company called Evergreen tours and they have a big presence in Alapuzha and they are pioneers in Houseboat Rentals for a day tour to a weeks tour. There are 4 crew members onboard with you to cater your needs/requirements. we had an excellent time and we not even for a second felt the need to complain against anything. the food that is served in the boat is cooked inside the boat. if you are a north indian or you want a special menu set on board, ensure you tell them way in advance or you will be served the typical spicy kerala delight. similarly if you want to try out toddy ensure you make the crew members aware of it and give them the money way in advance so that they will ensure u get the toddy from the best possible source in the area. the houseboat facility is very very very expensive between december to feb and the prices shoot to three times the regular fare. if u really wanna try out houseboat on an off peak season try between june to august wherein you can bargain for a good price. if u want to know more about houseboat packages do write to me and i will give you all the details as to how to approach Evergreen tours and whom to be contacted for booking purposes to avail discount. and by the way Evergreen tours is not paying me to endorse them, infact i and my wife was so happy with the way they treated us all throughout our time in the houseboat we feel its worth it to say a big Thank you to them in this manner.
