Why are today's women so against any kind of self-improvement. Part of why tummy tucks have become the thing these days is because women's internal organs are falling out of place. Now those tight corsets from back in the day were not entirely healthy but a little bit of restriction would do most women good than harm. Most women didn't do hardcore exercises back then and most don't do it now either and so if you are lazy, this is a good alternative for you.

Even though I am on a diet and I do love myself I just got one of these. it's definitely a magical thing. lol. i love it. i wear it when I excercise and the thing is even though it seems uncomfortable and like your body can't breath once you get it on its comfortable! i was a skeptic too at first. honestly i guess it has to do with preferance. some women hate it and some (like me) feel naked without it. it just makes you feel good! now the weight loss thing....I don't know,i guess you have 2 try
