  • Nice thank you!

  • All the organs like to be massaged. Sometimes I take my Theracane and really work the crap out of my kidneys. They want and need deep massage. It was taught by my massage school to stay away from the kidneys. I do not believe this any more simply because I listen to my body and understand the basic premise of massage. I also massage my liver and stomach very deeply. My body always feels better after doing this. Find the sorest spots and rub them well. The next day they will feel better.

  • Nice elbow work...will def be using this technique, thanks! Although I do have a question...I rarely see LMT videos discussing the origin points for the erector muscle group at the sacral-iliac joint (on the sacrum). This particular area gets little attention and is often the culprit for both lower and upper back pain, causing a somewhat "domino" effect with the QL. Do you have any videos addressing this region.

  • I'm a first year student and i have a hard time feeling out where the third lumbar vertebre would be. I can do two finger-width's below the ribcage however... is that a safe way to get to a good location there?

  • I'm a massage therapist also, and it is always great to see differtent techiques being done. Gives me new ideas. Thank you. Aimee B

  • I enjoy learning the new techniques as mine have gotten a little boring over time. Excellent and safe techniques.
