"High" art vs "Low" art

In this corner: Xena, the Warrior Princess stands on behalf of "low" art as challenger to Seated Boxer on behalf of "high art" - FIGHT!

Now, don't get me wrong, I LOVE "Seated Boxer" - it's a stunning statue, but I don't believe in the elitist crap of "high" and "low" art. And "Seated Boxer" is a good statement to this itself, because if it had been made during the "Classical" Greek art period, it would have been considered low art since it's a statue that celebrates the common, and doesn't follow the canon.
