The Lark in The Morning Medley - The Ric Sanders Group & Robbie Sherratt - Traditional Irish Fiddle

I had a brill time playing with these guys, I'd never played this before other than during the sound check. Thanks ever so much to Ric Sanders (Fiddle) Vo Fletcher (Guitar) and Michael Gregory (Percussion) Catherine Howe and Dave Rhead. Can't believe I did this. It's an honour to play with such great musicians. THANK YOU!!! Hope you like the film. You may spot my shoulder rest falling off! The traditional tunes in this instrumental medley were first recorded by Fairport Convention on their Leige and Lief album, with Dave Swarbick on fiddle. They are, The Lark In The Morning, Rakish Paddy, Foxhunter's Jig and Toss The Feathers.

Thanks for this. 'Enjoyed it very much. Planning to visit Ireland in 2012. 'Will check out places that play this rousing music...(one of my favourite albums is the Waterboys - from the time they were in Ireland...cannot remember the name right now...) Cheers from Canada.
