Still working on the case, this is just a initial idea. side doors will be replaced, anyways, linux hates my PC, so I managed to come out with a older system to learn linux, PCLinuxOS 07 is installed, and suprisingly runs very well.

  • out of curiousity anyone know how to over clock a pentium 4? Like I'm hoping for a program or something.....maybe even a link to a book showing how to. o:

  • @kawaiifreak860 there are programs that can control pentium 4 chips to overclock it's fsb, but u are not going much of anywhere, they don't have enough options to control anything else, ur only bet for a proper oc is to go through bios, but if u have a brand name pc, chances are, forget about overclocking

  • @tricccple Coolio, I just nee a little overclock. o: FSB an stuff woul be nice. =P

like from 1.3 to 1.5 an from 500 to 533.

  • Actually Vista's flip3D has animated windows. Next time you're on it, play a video and cycle through, it will still be playing.

  • i c what u mean, share experience is a great thing, why hide it if u got the knowledge, if i'm ever wrong abotu something, someone else would currect me and i learn more too. I love to go to forums and stuff, and be part of it, overclocking, diy etc etc.

  • how do u mean that? like fast replys? lol I spend most of my time on PC, and I work at internet Cafe, so only time I'm not on pc is if i go out or sleep

  • u can run it off the CD, no need for installation, otherwise u can partition with specific amout of disc space u desire, try it first with the liveCD u downlaod first, again, no need for installation

  • go to google and search ubuntu, and go to the official site to download, although, u should know, it hates ati cards, u will have a hard time to install the driver unless that friend of urs is really good at it

  • thing in Vista isn't as great. can't move to any angle, and while u doing it u cannot see things moving, it all became pictures or something, and it has bugs. Linux on another hand. is perfect
