Na, never fill it more then Half, when engine run hot the oil will go up, and it will go to full, if oil running more then full it will hurt your engine in the long run. Just make sure your engine not running on low oil. Half if perfect.

I know nothing about cars mechanically, but my silver Ford has recently been blowing out thick black clouds of smoke when I accelarate. I took it along to a Ford dealership and they asked if I'd checked the oil, I told them no I hadnt, they wanted silly money just to LOOK at it. So I took it along to a man who know's a bit about cars and who is very cheap. He checked my oil and found no reading at all suggesting that the dipstick thing was too short and I needed a new one. WHAT DO FORD KNOW?
