The watch is a great upgrade to the older PREDOS model. 12 alarms instead of 6! Easier to program, Excellent Alert system. and a nagging reminder approach that really pushes you to take your meds - on time. My only disappointment is the watchband which is made of a rubber-like material that pulls the hair on my wrist. The pins appear too be standard so I should be able to replace it. I recommend you consider other watch band options to go with your fine watch.
