Driver Parallel lines past rikers island wall

Getting past rikers island wall thanks to Zoton 2 from the Atari forums this is the wrong way but it works. well actually there is no right or wrong way to a glitch but whatever. : ) its more fun in 78 then it is in 06 because of the construction site setup
