if you mean the ringing or texting alert you can press the button on the left side up and it will turn the volume up. if not you can go into the settings and change it. I hope this helped. I can make a video of it if you like but it will not be for a week or something.

thts not the prob if its on full volume(7) i can barly hear it

oh. My silver (daily) V600 has the same problem. The black one however is fine. I think its a V600 problem. sorry i couldnt help you. Poor speaker wiring i think. I haven't had time to take my phone apart and look yet but when/if (im a very busy person) i do I will let you know what it is causing these problems.
