that is not a 10 ft rim. and there is no such thing as a 6ft vertical jump.

@Presswurst805 nope flexibility don't do major role. It's actually strength which is majorly mass or bigger muscles!

yooo i did these jump soles for 3 weeks now and i have rested for 2 days but it seems that my vert hass gone down is that normall wtf??? someone holla at me as sap please
