From a beach in Sorsogon, Philippines
Similar (almost) to a Portuguese Man-O-War /Physalia physalia (it)

@AdamBobadam808 Unfortunately it did. I tried to sustain it until I could turn it over to a friend who's a marine biologist but without luck. When they die they just dissolve into the water.

That's the 1st time I've seen one held still and not bobbing around in the ocean. It's neat to see it move by itself. Good one.
