What are the side effects of the clobazam?

My daughter has Rett syndrome, she is currently on Clobazam. It has only been 4 days so we don't no if has stopped the seizures but we are beginning to see the side effects straight away. My daughter has tonic seizures and stops breathing so it very nerve-racking and has been rushed to the hospital many times

Delaney has a Vagus Nerve Stimulator implanted in her far left chest wall. This VNS has a lead that is wrapped around the vagus nerve. The VNS cycles on and off all day long to help stave off prolonged seizures. If she happens to go into a seizure, we place the magnet over the stimulator. This then turns the stimulator on to a higher intensity, in hopes that it will abort a prolonged seizure. It takes about a year before one can really see a difference. For some it helps, for others, not.
