@silentsurfer2004 Layton was my first Billy too :) way back in 2008! I only got to see him that one time, but he'll always be special.

he is definately the reason i love billy elliot so much. I saw him for my dads birthday about 4 years ago, and he was sooo good! it made me sad that I gave up ballet, as i would have loved to be involved in something as amazing as billy elliot on the west end, and apparently I would have been good if i had kept at it :(

This is amazing. Even better then the Billy i saw on broadway, his voice is just amazing !

Layton was my first ever Billy. The first one is always special. But all the others were too. I just don't recall anyone being quite as explosive on stage as Layton. But I think the beauty of the musical is that Billys are allowed to focus on their strengths, so when you go on consecutive days, it's a fresh show.

I've seen layton doing the beautiful people episodes with Luke ward-wilkinson and he's brilliant.

Layton left Billy at the end of November. He is now appearing in Thriller Live at the Lyric Theatre in London. Go see it, it's a great show and Layton and the other boys are fantastic as are all the performers.
