Chinese and english recipe/ instructions below :

材料: 26 個

餡:

1. 30 克 = 1.10 oz, 油酥花生
2. 3 荼匙白芝麻
3. 3 茶匙揶蓉
4. 5 茶匙糖
5. 少許鹽

皮:

1. 150 克 = 5. 29 oz, 低筋麵粉, 先濾
2. 1 只雞旦, 打旦漿
3. 30 克 = 1.10 oz, 牛油, 溶
4. 2 1/2 湯匙水

. 適量炸油

Ingredients: 26 yau kwok

Filling:

1. 30 grams = 1. 10 oz, roasted peanuts
2. 3 tsp white sesame seeds
3. 3 tsp fine shred coconut (unsweetened)
4. 5 tsp sugar
5. a pinch of salt

Wrapper:

1. 150 grams = 5. 29 oz, sieved all purpose flour
2. a beaten egg
3. 30 grams = 1. 10 oz, molten butter
4. 2 1/2 tbsp water

some oil for deep frying

  • this is exactly like iraqi sweet called klecha and we maked it during eid like xmas and easter we use wallnuts with suger and cardmum and some rose water and it is exactly the same shape but we dont fry it we prush the pastry with eggwash and we cook it in oven and some times we fill it with date and it is very tasty . can I chang the filling with wall nuts only or make diffrent filling with the same dough thanks
