@XedinFlames yes it's clearly in winter : january or december ... and in week because even in winter st trop and all french riviera can have lot of people on port street and beach if temperature is good and sunny
(french riviera have good winter climate but can be cold and rain too but it's more than 250 sunny days by years ! but lot of wind except Nice Monaco with montain behind ! wind in winter called "mistral" an north-south strong wind for lands create by the rhone valley)

It is a nice city. Didn't see 'fake' rich people. What is a fake rich person anyway, and if so...what do u care about? I actualy think there are a lot of very rich persons. Proberly more then, what u call 'fake'.
