What's interesting is that before the regular season started that year. The Chargers drafted Peyton Manning brother Eli! But Eli didn't want to play for the chargers. Back then the Chargers weren't a good team until they started having a winning season that year. I wonder if during this game, Peyton felt some thing like "oh my this team is a lot tougher now"? And look, the chargers have defeated the Colts 5 times within the next 6 games including 2 playoff games.
