Am I hallucinating, or were there bullet holes in your instrument panel?

Yeah, I was returning from some dogfighting. I took some hits, so thats why the bullet holes and why I ran out of fuel, my fuel leaked out. Looks like my pilot should have been killed by those bullets.

very nice landing, i find that trying to make emergency landings or maneuvers is the most fun thing about il2.

I am a pilot irl too so it proves to be some good practice.

Nice job. When I come in w/o power, often I find slowing down is the problem. No room for errors either way then.

I had one of those the other day, my canopy looked like swiss cheese on one side, and my engine felt like only half its cylinders were firing for the power it was putting out, but I wasn't wounded...
