  • Also You have to be careful to not drink distilled water, Your body still needs minerals.

My Grandpa died from kidney deficiency as a result of drinking distilled water: What we do is get pure spring water by the 5 gallon Jug. Its not much more expensive and is WAY better for you.

These people only searched for bacteria in the 2 waters. Yes tap water probably doesn't have much bacteria but get a water report for your area, I can guarantee you you can find multiple chemicals in the water.

  • Fear, the best marketing tool.

  • You don't want to drink the tap water because of the FLUORIDE in it...very bad for you.

    Google dangers of fluoride.

  • Look inside the heating element of your coffee maker to see what is in your water. Tap builds up sludge, 3 gallon distilled does not.

  • Tap water is better than bottled water. Bottled water sits in a plastic container and absorbs all that chemicals. Plus plastics isn't biodegradable. There is a doc named Tapped that shows how bad bottled water is.

  • dowser water taste like toilet water... just putting that out there.

  • Its because of the temperature! tap water is warm yuck, and who has time to make it cold. i used to then i enjoyed it! Such a good point, i wont get bottled water anymore to save money.

  • It definitely makes a big difference where you live with the taste of the tap water. I live on one of the Florida Keys and we are told not to drink the tap water here unless you boil it because our main sewer pipe line and our water pipe line are right next to each other and both are so old they break on a monthly bases. Now how would want to drink sewer laced tap water?

  • Well it does make a point that tap water from different places are different. Some tap water has a bit of chlorine in it...that's why I usually filter and or boil tap water before I drink it, but yep.

I won't drink bottle water. When I did I've gotten bottle water where the plastic in the bottle got into the water and it was nasty and not healthy. Maybe it was because they used cheap plastic or soemthing, but I don't take the chance anymore.

  • There are traces of lead (pronounced "led") in tap water (depending on the pipes that bring water to your house/apartment. It can be very bad for you if enough of it builds up in your system.

  • Ice water tastes just as good

  • It probably did.

    But got cleaned up.
