Bimbo - Certain L'aiment Chaud with Paul Strandberg 1992

In November 1928 Clarence Williams and his Orchestra with Ed Allen and King Oliver playing cornets recorded Bimbo.
I don't think I heard this tune being revived a lot. The Paris based band Certain L'aiment Chaud (Some like it Hot) is an all female group specializing in the sounds of early jazz. They play the jazz from the twenties like the music of King Oliver, Louis Armstrong, Sidney Bechet and Clarence Williams.
The band was formed in 1985 by Kiki Desplat cornet and their members are Sylvette Claudet clarinet, Agnes Loustau piano, Nathalie Renault banjo aand Claude Jeantet sousaphone.
The band won le Prix Sidney Bechet 1992 de l'Académie du Jazz
they have played many of the European jazz festivals as well as the largest festival of its kind worldwide: Sacramento - USA.
In this tune renowned Swedish trumpet player Paul Bocciolone Strandberg joins the band.
