UN Watch is affiliated with the American Jewish Committee (AJC), UN watch does not give a shit about crimes & violations in more than 191 countries, it promotes Israel, attacks arab states and never criticises one of the most stringent violators of the UN charter, the USA.

Now, what has the UN done? - well..it passed a resolution in 1947 that created Israel..res 181
That resolution was passed with out the consent of any of the arab or middle east states and with out the views, opinions or rights to self determination of the Palestinian people
the same resolution divided Palestine nearly 50-50 and also granted the right of Palestinian refuges to return to their land.
Israel occupies 79% of that area, has done since 67, refuges still are not allowed to return

So, to answer your question, what has the UN done..well, it does fuck all.
Unlike your claim, it does not vilify Israel, Israel manages to do that all on its own..what the UN does is criticise states such as Israel, Zimbabwe, the Congo, Darfur, Nth Korea etc etc..
