The Execution of Jose Medellin - A US Border Watch Report

This video shows the process and time line as the execution of the murder, rapist, child molester Jose Medellin takes place in Huntsville Texas on August 5, 2008.

The execution was delayed over three and a half hours by the Supreme Court. Having finally determined the USA is still a sovereign nation, not subject to the whims of the World Court, the execution continued. At 9:57 Jose Medellin was dead and the world was just a little safer.

On a side note, the entire issuepf the lack of the Consular visit by the Mexican Consolate was caused by the City of Houston Sanctuary Policy. When Medellin identified himself while being booked as having been born in Mexico, the Houston Police Department and the Harris County Sheriff's Department were prohibited from even asking if he was a US Citizen, a Mexican Citizen, a legal immigrant, or an illegal immigrant. Had this question been asked, his consular priveledges could have been provided and the taxpayers of the United States AND Texas could have been saved millions of dollars in pointless appeals about issues that would not have changed the outcome. HOUSTON - STOP THE SANCTUARY POLICE TODAY!

Who fucking cares how many degrees she has? That is completely irrelevant. As for her claims that Texas has executed the innocent, I would love to see her put forth the evidence for such a claim.
