Rhythm Yoga Gothenburg World Record 2009

14.8.09 - A world record was set in central Gothenburg when 1,050 people gathered during the annual Culture Festival for a manifestation of wellness. Yoga instructor Annette Lefterow led the crowd in a 45-minute rhythm yoga session at Götaplatsen in front of the art museum. Gothenburg challenges other cities to beat the new record. The Culture Festival is splashed across downtown Gothenburg from 11 to 16 August, where visitors can meander along a trail of varied experiences such as ballet and carnival, street theatre and symphony orchestra, culinary culture and jazz, hiphop and dance bands, fairy tale and circus, design and poetry, world-class artists and local bands.
