first open image(open image you want) then go to adjust imAGE then you click on this tool wiil allow you to make a specific color transparent you then apply changes then save tag export to wad file then you ok and choose c:program files cs 1.6 directory and then you delete the original tempdecal.wad (right click on tempdecal.wad and delete)then you press transparent view and close then go to c:program files"cs directory"cstrike and press right click on tempdecal.wad and you choose properties->

noo tempdecal.wad then save it on the desktop and right click on cs 1.6 and protopise and find traget then go to cstrike and put it and then must work!!
