@shawtyzoya It's free as in freedom (not as free beer), but there's no charge for it either, unless you order a professional Cinelerra system with hardware already setup. If you want to download on your own, you can go to cinelerra org. Unfortunately, I couldn't find a package, so I downloaded the source, compiled it, installed and ran successfully. There steps were really trouble free on a 32-bit Linux system (I had issues on 64-bit). There are step by step install instructions on the web.
