490th Civil Affairs Battalion Assigned To Combined Joint Task Force -- Horn Of Africa who traveled to the village of Karabti San in an ongoing project to help construct an Eco- Dome, a durable form of shelter that will provide a structure for community activities. By Allowing Them To Do That, It's Going To Bring The Community Together." Mc2 Jeremy Brandt Reporting: The Project Is Significantly More Cost Effective Than A Traditional Building And Requires Little Maintenance. All The Materials Need To Build The Eco-Dome Were Donated By Non-Government Organizations. The Village Is Supplying Most Of The Work On The Eco-Dome, With The Civil Affairs Team Providing Guidance And Assistance.
