Last year this buck was a lot wider, forks were somewhat larger, less mass and a small cheater. This year he picked up mass, cheater and his G1s grew a quit a bit. The old boy looks like he is just melting down.

  • I'm a hunter and I eat what I kill.I make sure it's quick. Ever watch a hawk take a rabbit? That makes me squirm-it isn't as quick as you would think! As for you hunting bashers out there-do you get all teary eyed when eating a hamburger,chicken fingers or steak???

Notice where the rights come from and who has them. It always scares me a little when people call killing animals murder. So many people are murdered and there is no outrage. I wish people would work as hard to save human lives as they do to save animals!

  • @870wingmstr Dude, God created human and in order for human to survive...He throw down his pets (animals) so that us human can hunt and use it as food. Plain and simple. Nothing wrong with that. End of story. ^_+

  • @flippinaarin The same was once said of the passenger pigeon. As you can see we still have tons of them... oh wait they are extinct. What went wrong? Gene pool was limited by mass culling. There was still a large number when disease struck the flock and spred like wildfire, even into captive populations wiping them all out. If you continually remove the best genes the population weakens over time. Everywhere there are culls it creates new problems. Hunting is something you like- not nessicary

  • @hybridcatthing Whitetail deer are incredibly resiliient, their species can handle all extremes of climate and geography, their species is already strong. Something needs to be done to control their population, they are a menace to society if they are not maintained. Hunting is a way to control it in a manner that is profitable, safe (for humans and the deer themselves), but also an enjoyable family tradition. Hunting is necessary.

  • @kendaddy853 Thats right , hunting is NOT a bad think. We eat what we hunt. I think some people dont know where is all the meat coming from. Did cow just give it away or did someone kill it so you can eat your McDonalds ?
