sorry to take so long to answer....no the added sound is Tokyo street noise.

and you're so right! I just saw the movie Ugetsu by Mizoguchi and it is indeed a sample from it. The (brilliant) Books used to make this amazing track. My sound comes in at the very start and the end the rest is the original music track 'Tokyo'.
