@THEMOJOMANsince1959 Gee1 1959 or any generation has no artistic lock on love or love songs, and there were certainly neighborhood gangs doling out hate, women were subjugated black people were oppressed, And many songs we loved at this time were not ours, they were written in 1937 like Smoke Gets in Your Eyes.
