Workout 14 - Time: 24 minutes
Exercise Complex:
Clean and Squat
Single Leg Deadlift
Push Press
Overhead Lunge
High Pull or Swings
Perform 30 seconds per side of each exercise. No rest in between.
Rest for 60 seconds after each complex. Repeat for a total of 4 complexes
