ROCKMAN ZERO 3 Omega Code(ロックマンゼロ3 オメガ改造)

I adjusted the addresses of Megaman's and converted the CodeBreaker codes to GameShark codes with new features.

Charge Saber:not implemented because the blood spray sprites get messed up.
Omega Buster:couldn't figure out the minimum required arrangements.

i used various types of codes for omega and all of them wernt right cuz i couldnt do the aura or do most of the things the real omega does
