Great location with the views of "old" Mazatlan. I would buy the house for half a million but I don't have the money. =)

half a mill is over priced! especially with the drug related violence in the Mazatlan here recently...

Everyone is entitled to their opinion... Half a mill is not overpriced in my opinion. It is a million dollar view. It is located in Centro and the "violence" you speak of is mainly in Culiacan, not Mazatlan. There is crime here as much as there is crime anywhere in the world... but thank you for your comments.
